Hot on the heels of the global announcement, Samsung has announced the Galaxy S6 edge+ availability and pricing for the Indian market. Expected to go on sale from August 28 for Rs. 57,900, the phone brings improved dual edge display features along with better performance.
The phone runs Android 5.1 and comes with improved People edge for easier access to preferred contacts and Apps edge for favourite apps on the dual edge screens.
On the hardware side, the Galaxy S6 edge+ features 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED screen (2560×1440), Samsung’s 14nm 64-bit Exynos octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal memory, 16 megapixel rear-facing camera, 5 megapixel front-facing camera, 4K UHD video recording support, YouTube Live support, fingerprint and a heart rate sensor.
