Oculus is partnering with Microsoft to bring more games to its new Rift virtual reality headset when it launches in early 2016. Xbox One owners will be able to stream games to a virtual theater running in the Oculus Rift VR goggles.

The partnership will bring Oculus’ VR technology to console users, but they’ll stillneed a powerful PC to run the headset.

During today’s press event, Oculus also announced that the Rift will ship an Xbox One controller with each headset, so game designers can design with that in mind. The Oculus will also run natively on Windows 10. Microsoft is working on its own high-tech headset, the Hololens, but the company is focusing on “blended reality,” not virtual reality.
